GoFIGR's AI analyses labour market data, role descriptions, and internal records to infer skills that employees may not have explicitly listed. Accuracy improves over time as employees validate and refine their profiles. Most organisations find that AI inference captures 80+% of skills accurately on first pass, with employee validation closing the remaining gaps within the first month of use.

Can managers search for talent across the whole organisation?

Yes. Talent Scout provides a searchable database of all employees across every department, location, skill, team and more. Managers can filter by specific skills, location, industry experience, job titles, organization hierarchy and more. How does Talent Scout handle confidential career interests?

Employees control what's visible to managers versus HR. Career interests and aspirations can be shared with HR for workforce planning without being visible to a direct manager.
