Of course, this is optional, but recommended for a seamless experience!

What HRIS systems do you integrate with?

GoFIGR has native integrations with BambooHR, Workday, and UKG, Okta Profiles and more. We also support connections to most major ATS, LMS, and performance management systems. For systems without a native integration, you can upload employee data via CSV connect via our API, or through access via S3 or SFTP. Enterprise grade SSO is supported.

Do employees need to build their profile from scratch?

No. GoFIGR's AI builds an initial skills profile for each employee by analysing their role, experience, and labour market data. Employees then validate what the AI found and add anything it missed - career interests, hidden skills, mentoring preferences. This means profiles are substantially complete from day one, not empty pages waiting to be filled.

What security certifications do you have?

GoFIGR is SOC 2 Type II certified, meaning our systems and controls are independently audited annually. We are GDPR compliant. All AI workloads run through Amazon Bedrock - no employee data leaves-controlled environments and we respect data residency and data sovereignty. We use 256-bit encryption for data in transit and at rest. GoFIGR operates in both Australian (ap-southeast-2) and US (us-west-2) AWS regions to support data residency and data sovereignty requirements. Can we start with just one module?

Yes. You can start with Talent Scout (skills database) and add Talent Navigator, Talent Marketplace, or Talent Insights as your needs grow. Most organisations start with skills visibility (Scout) because it's the foundation everything else builds on. The free AI Impact Assessment is available independently - no platform subscription required.

Career and opportunity matching: AI and ML power the matching engine across Talent Navigator, Talent Marketplace, and Skills Matrix - surfacing relevant career pathways, internal opportunities, and learning recommendations based on each employee's verified skills, proficiency levels, and career aspirations. Workforce analytics: Talent Insights uses AI and ML to generate automation risk scores at the task level, model workforce scenarios, and benchmark internal skills against external labour market data. AI Chatbot: GoFIGR includes an AI-powered chatbot accessible within the platform and via Slack. Employees and HR leaders can ask natural language questions about skills, career paths, opportunities, and workforce data across all GoFIGR modules. The chatbot strictly respects permission boundaries and supports capture and analysis of one-to-one meeting transcripts. It was included in an independent penetration test - no vulnerabilities were identified. All AI workloads run exclusively through Amazon Bedrock, meaning employee data never leaves GoFIGR's controlled cloud environment and is never used to train third-party model providers.
