GoFIGR is an Australian workforce intelligence platform. We help organisations understand the real impact of AI on their workforce, and act on it, by making it easy to see which tasks are changing, match people to the roles and opportunities where they're needed most, and build the skills their business will need next.

Hello from the team behind it. We blend expertise in HR, technology, and behavioral science to turn workforce data into practical action: AI impact assessments, internal talent marketplaces, and skills-based workforce planning, all working from the same picture of your people. We're here to help businesses navigate change with confidence, and make sure every workday stays fulfilling and fun along the way.

MEET THE FOUNDERS

As former colleagues, we believed it was time to rethink the way internal talent is managed. So in 2020, we each took the leap from corporate life and created the team we needed to turn our ideas and experiences into reality!

From my early days as a developer to my evolution into a project manager and agile coach, I've always been passionate about nurturing talent and helping people gain the recognition they deserve - often while struggling to get the same for myself. Now I'm fortunate to be helping others while doing what I love.

I’ve spent 20 years in HR Innovation and Tech helping companies and HR professionals solve really complex people-related problems. I love human-centered design and behavioral science and when I’m not busy with GoFIGR you’ll find me listening to a true-crime podcast.

Spread across different timezones (from Sydney, to US and India), our remote-first team shares in a love for creating the best experience for our clients. We’re not afraid to make mistakes, share our learnings and, of course, the best memes, GIFs and dad jokes along the way.

Professionally, a No-Code Developer and Entrepreneur, passionate about solving business challenges using data and technology. Outside work, always available for a game of chess or a cup of coffee.

Since we began our journey from Antler, start-up launchpad, we’ve met a couple of amazing advisors along the way. With deep expertise in the areas of user experience, HR, behavioral science, and people-analytics, our advisors have been fundamental to how we’ve grown as a start-up.

15 years ago, Dirk took 2 suitcases and a big dream from Amsterdam to New York City. He wanted to explore if elegant mathematics could unleash the potential of workforce data. He is now the founder and CEO of Crunchr, a People Analytics solution that guides users to improve employee experience.
